FARM TO TABLE TASTING MENU

Every sunday for lunch we organise an elaborate culinary event. Depending on the season this varies from 5 course fine dining menus to themed culinary events. We promote organic and sustainable agriculture by using products from our own organic farm and surrounding local growers. As chefs & farmers we believe that creating good dishes starts on the land, not in the kitchen!

  • We work on reservation only. reservations can be made up to the event istelf by phone (3314833454) or email (labibioteca@outlook.com).
  • We only accept cash.
  • In case of any intollerances, allergies or diets, please let us know at least one day in advance!
  • We strive to use mainly organic ingredients, if we have used anything non organic this is always mentioned at the bottom of the menu.
