Workshop pickled food


Learn how to preserve vegetables through pickeling & natural fermentation! A perfect way to add a lot of flavour and impress dinnerguests.

What you will make

During this workshop you will make two variaties of your own pickled seasonal vegetables and two naturally fermented ones. You will be shown in detail how to clean and prep. Sophie de Jong, a professional chef, will answer all your questions and teach you how to think outside of the box and create your own recipes in teh future. At the end of the workshop we will serve a delicious organic two course meal with wine.

  • You can submit for this workshop until March the 13th.
  • We start at 10:00 o’clock and lunch is served at 13:00 o’clock.
  • The price for this workshop is € 45 and includes an organic lunch with wine.
